This service is for landlords and property owners to assess the property by carrying out a MEES Survey. This survey is to evaluate whether or not a property meets the minimum energy efficiency standards by advising appropriate and cost-effective improvements to meet the minimum EPC rating of E or above.

Note: This is due to change in 2025 whereby the EPC rating will require to be C or above.
